Disc Jockeys and Emcees – We provide a team of DJs and Emcees to entertain and host the party! Our entertainers specialize working with Teens and will provide fun and friendly activities for the event. Our entertainers will communicate with the Special Event committee to ensure we understand what trends the students are liking and making sure that we keep everything clean and appropriate!

Our entertainers can make all of the announcements for the evening and keep things creative.  They also specializing in creating special routine dances.  With our entertainment packages, we can create packages that best fits your need!

Our Djs can also do Music Video DJing.  Utilizing TVs on our DJ Booth or the Projector and Screens, we can do Music Video DJ. Simply displaying the music video to the music that we are playing. If a song does not have a music video associated with it, the event logo and information will display for the time being.

Staging, Lighting, Sound and Trussing are all major components when creating the Ultimate Party! We can provide sound from anywhere between 60 people and over 1000 people! We can create a Setup to fit your theme and make sure the atmosphere is set correctly.

We can enhance each setup with special lighting and even provide a stage! We also can provide Projectors and projector screens which is good for live feeds or any introductions being made!

Our Lighting is very extensive as we provide intelligent lighting which is designed to set the mood of different moments in the night. We also provide uplighting to color the room, as well as wall washers! Monogram gobos can be created with your special event information. We can provide laser lights to keep the party feeling like an actual concert as well as pin spots and spot lights for special features.

Providing Interaction for any event is awesome! We can provide Foam LED light sticks to the guests to allow them to be interactive and enjoy their favorite songs. Fog Machines are also great! The awesomeness of the fog mixed in with the proper lighting always sets the mood and calls for a great time!

An alternate option for Fog, would be our bubble machine! It shoots out bubbles during the party and provides an interactive moment for the night!

Confetti Shooters are great for victory moments, celebrations and count downs! We also have a special King and Queen Dance! The newly crowned King and Queen can participate in a dance while dancing on clouds. Our Special Dry Ice machine allows for this safe and elegant moment to be successful.

Our team can help you create a theme and provide you with vendors that can make the Decor and design happen!  While deciding the theme of the event, the students can have the option to create their own props and themes on their own, or we can provide a professional décor artist to give a custom idea for a design.

They will take the lead in providing all of the material and setting up the event. The decorator will work closely with our DJ’s and Entertainers to coordinate on the design and lighting.

Beautiful Drapery can assist the decoration and design of the event. It can also be used for a backdrop or specific area.

Doing all of your Promotions to help drive Ticket Sales is apart of the process!  We actually can design your tickets as well!  Allow us to take full responsibility for your graphics and designs! We can create the special announcements, invitations, flyers and even the tickets and ticket stubs for the event.

We can also have them printed and delivered to the school for you as well.  Promotional flyers and video clips to promote the event on Social media will be included.

The goal is to make the event exciting and anticipating for the students. Having them circulate the information to each other on social media will build their excitement and create a higher attendance rate!

Photography coverage includes 1-2 professional photographers capturing photos of the guests having a great time. Several candid moments, coverage of all activities and events, guests wearing their nice evening outfits, and more!

Our photographers are there to capture breathtaking moments and return amazing images for the event!

Our Videographers will capture all of the details of the day and tell the complete story! We will capture moments from the beginning to the end! Please be sure to review our Photography and Video portfolio!

Having additional activities other than partying for the teens to do is something we offer as well! We have several booths that they can take advantage of! Enjoy the traditional Photobooths by getting with friends and grabbing some props!

Come inside the booth for 4 pictures. Wait about 20 seconds and your strips will be ready! Strips will be customized to the event! Our Open Air Booths allow more people to get in the photo and stand in front of the back drop! It also can show more of the full body shots to show the full dresses and shoes, oppose to a traditional photobooth.

Backdrops can be selected by the committee or we can provide the best backdrop to t the theme of the event! The Green Screen booth allows friends to get in front of the camera for fun, and select a digital backdrop to their choosing.

The Slow Motion Video Lounge is fun and an active booth creates a two part fun process! Guests will be able to dance and play in front of the camera. Once the segment ends, they will watch themselves in slow motion.

After the night is over, we take all of the slow motion clips and create a slow motion music video! We can also send all of the videos and clips to the school so students can get access to it and use for social media if they wish.

Flipbooks are another cool and fun booth! Flipbooks allows you to take make a 7 second video with props. Afterwards, we will print the video out into photos by the second and we staple it into a 2×3 book. When you ip through the pages fast, you will see your pictures in motion! Each guest will get a book!
